Order Intent and Order Creation APIs are designed to facilitate compliant investment orders by implementing the following validations:

| Instrument | Verifies the instrument is enabled for distribution, available for investment orders, and whether the fund has a lockup period prohibiting sell orders |
| Investor Profile | Confirms whether the investor meets regulatory requirements and possesses the appropriate accreditation to invest in a specific instrument offering. |
| Payment Method | Checks if the payment method is active and whether any crucial information is missing |
| Amount | Confirms that the amount meets the minimum investment requirements for an instrument, based on the investor qualification of the fund instrument |
